We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to build and optimize scalable and secure infrastructures. If you are an enabler for product teams, love automation, and have a strong focus on Platform Engineering, this could be your opportunity!
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and agility within our development environment. You will be responsible for providing and maintaining essential DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our product teams have everything they need to deliver high-quality software quickly and securely.
This is a hybrid (2x a week in the office) opportunity either in Porto or Lisbon.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and agility within our development environment. You will be responsible for providing and maintaining essential DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our product teams have everything they need to deliver high-quality software quickly and securely.
This is a hybrid (2x a week in the office) opportunity either in Porto or Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Provide common DevOps tools (Gitlab CI, SonarQube, Amazon Q) and cloud infrastructure (AWS);
- Act as an enabler for other product teams for cloud development, CICD platform usage and support for in-house software development;
- Apply Infrastructure as Code and be responsible for the Platform Engineering;
- Develop, optimize and automate our platform focusing on increasing its efficiency, security and availability;
- Work on monitoring, alerting and observability.
- Proven experience working as a DevOps or a similar role;
- Experience working with AWS, namely IaC tools (CloudFormation or AWS CDK), IaaS and PaaS;
- Experience with observability (monitoring, logging, APM);
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and related tools such as GitLab CI/CD, or SonarQube;
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems;
- Coding skills in Python and Bash scripting for automation tasks, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure management;
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
