About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Technical Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide pre-sales consultation, design technical solutions, and lead hands-on implementation for a wide range of IT infrastructure projects. If you're experienced with servers, virtualization, VoIP, and backup systems, and have a proactive, solution-driven mindset—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical input and support during pre-sales and proposal stages.
  • Deploy and manage on-premise server hardware and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi).
  • Handle Microsoft server licensing, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam or equivalent.
  • Set up and support PBX/VoIP systems (3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream), including SIP trunking, call routing, QoS, and remote extensions.
  • Perform basic network setup and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Install and support UPS systems as part of infrastructure deployments.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, configurations, and deployments.
  • Assist with Azure services: Blob Storage, Backup, Site Recovery, and Azure AD/Entra ID hybrid identity
  • Familiarity with any IT/cybersecurity compliance frameworks (such as NESA, DFSA, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in server infrastructure, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and general IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft server technologies and licensing.
  • Proven experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam or similar).
  • Practical experience with VoIP and PBX systems (e.g., 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream), including SIP trunking and remote extension setup.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across network, server, and endpoint infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Blob Storage, Site Recovery, Entra ID) and hybrid identity integration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience with NAS systems (e.g., Synology) and endpoint management tools like Intune or RMM platforms (e.g., NinjaRMM).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as NESA, DFSA, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Willingness to travel to KSA for project execution and delivery, as required
