Program Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and drive strategic security initiatives across our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our security posture while managing complex, high-impact programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity programs and initiatives
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business and security strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Drive improvements in security governance, controls, and frameworks
• Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Manager within cybersecurity or information security
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g. threat management, identity & access, cloud security, network security)
• Experience delivering large-scale security transformation programs
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO, NIST)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred)
