Job Description

For our Salesforce Application team, we are looking for an additional team member to ensure quality of our customer facing applications. We are looking for someone staying with us longer term as a part-time working student starting as soon as possible.

Sika is providing for our customers various online portals and Mobile Apps.

We are looking for someone who is valuating & testing this apps from a «customer point-of-view». A test and quality check could be as easy as “check all links” pointing to a correct address, validating error messages or as complex as fully test a business case End-to-End.

Tests are including various devices, tablets, phone, notebook and/or various Browser.

Changes and results we document in Jira, and we expect strong collaboration with developers to fix issues and improve things for our customers.

Furthermore, we see additional tasks in documentation, translations, training, defining new requirements, suggesting enhancements, and similar items.

Qualifications

• “Digital Native” familiar with tablets, Mobile Phone’s, and various browsers
• Fluent in English language is must, talking and writing;
• Any other language German/Spanish is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of problem solving and digging into details, trying to understand details.
• Willing to learn, strong communication skills, proactive and flexible.
• Fluent in English. German or Spanish is a plus
