Our client is a small but growing marketing agency that helps law firms build their online presence with high-converting, user-friendly websites and ads.

About the role:

Our client is looking for a creative Visual Designer who knows how to make WordPress sites look and feel polished, professional, and on-brand for law firms, as well as be able to create assets to be used in paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, modern, and conversion-oriented WordPress website layouts
• Design clean, modern, and conversion-oriented Instapage and Unbounce landing pages
• Create page mockups, style guides, and visual assets for client review
• Build or customize designs using tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
• Translate client branding into web-friendly experiences
• Ensure responsive, ADA-compliant, and mobile-optimized design
• Collaborate with developers and account managers to refine UI/UX
• Implement typography, color, and visual hierarchy best practices
• Support creative needs across landing pages, blog templates, and marketing assets
• Support creative needs across paid media (Ads) campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Work with AI tools to help build and scale creative deliverables.
• Manage / maintain digital assets in Google Drive

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of website design experience with a strong WordPress portfolio
• Proficient with Design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with page builders and visual WordPress design tools
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Ability to work independently and present design rationale clearly
• Experience designing for law firms, professional service brands or small businesses.
• Strong project management experience, managing tasks within a project management software, such as Team work
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Based in LATAM

Shift: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM
