Project Manager - Belgium - Permanent Contract

Our client is a specialist engineering consultancy serving the food and process industries, known for delivering tailored design, automation, and project management solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability across production environments. They are currently seeking a Project Manager for their Belgium based project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating mono- and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Drawing up and monitoring integrated project planning and budgets
• Managing contractors and suppliers at the production site
• Reporting on progress, risks and decision-making to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site
  
  

Requirements:

Skills

You are an experienced engineer with demonstrable experience in project management and site management within the food industry or a similar sector. Your profile demonstrates strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and an eye for detail and quality. You also possess the following:

• A master's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth technical knowledge of at least one or more disciplines (Mechanical, Process, EI&A)
• Natural leadership skills and you can work both strategically and executively
