Are you a detail-driven cybersecurity professional with a passion for governance, compliance, and strategic reporting?

We’re hiring a Governance and Reporting Lead to join a dynamic cybersecurity function that plays a crucial role in shaping policy, driving risk oversight, and delivering insights to leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a mature security programme while working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the enhancement of cybersecurity KPIs and reporting frameworks across internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure governance practices are embedded throughout the organisation and aligned with industry standards.
• Work cross-functionally to maintain and monitor compliance with cyber policies and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Drive cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and gap remediation processes across the enterprise and supply chain.
• Draft, update, and publish cybersecurity policies and frameworks where required.
• Deliver timely, insightful reporting for executive and regulatory audiences, including board-level updates and dashboards.
• Monitor industry trends, threat intelligence, and regulatory shifts to inform internal strategy and controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, or GRC.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Familiarity with leading certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CISA (highly desirable).
• Proven ability to build actionable reports from complex data and influence decision-makers.
• Strong audit, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement experience.
