Job Description

As an OKR Master you will be part of our central Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) team located in Munich and will drive the implementation as well as the management of the OKR framework within various Infineon Divisions and central organizations.

Thereby

you will be responsible for the ramp up and implementation of the OKR framework, working closely together with the management, cross-functional teams as well as the trained OKR Masters of the organizations to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement.

As part of the Infineon Agile Center of Excellence team you will work closely together with your colleagues and further drive and expand the topic in a collaborative and trustful way.

In your new role you will:

  • Drive the implementation, sustainable application and management of the OKR framework within various Infineon organizations
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure OKRs are used as agile target setting framework for organizational strategic targets
  • Provide training and coaching to organizational OKR Masters, teams and individuals on the OKR methodology
  • Build and run OKR Master Communities within organizations in order to ensure fast knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Further develop and continuously improve the OKR framework-toolkit for Infineon together with your ACE colleagues, based on your experiences
  • Promote best practices and ensure consistency in the application of the OKR framework
  • Identify and address any challenges or obstacles in the OKR process
  • Support organizations actively as an OKR Master and “own” the OKR process, from definition to implementation working closely together with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate the setting of annual and quarterly OKRs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
  • Monitor and track the progress of OKRs, providing regular updates and feedback to stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

You are a natural leader, with a proven track record of successfully developing high-performing teams, and a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and innovation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • 5 years (+) working experience in corporate environment
  • Experience in implementing and managing OKRs in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of the OKR methodology and its application
  • Proficiency in OKR software and tools
  • Strong agile mindset
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
