DevOps Engineer

Are you passionate about automation, infrastructure, and streamlining development workflows? We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a growing digital company working with high-impact clients across Sweden.

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team that supports developers and product owners with the tools, infrastructure, and processes needed to deliver high-quality solutions at speed. You'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving CI/CD pipelines, improving developer experience, and ensuring secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines for multiple development teams
• Work closely with developers to support cloud-native application deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and maintenance
• Improve observability and monitoring of systems and services
• Drive security best practices within infrastructure and workflows
• Collaborate with the team to shape our DevOps strategy and tooling

Tech Stack

We work with a modern, flexible tech stack including:

• Cloud: AWS
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD
• Terraform
• Monitoring: Datadog
• Scripting: Python, Bash

Who You Are

• You have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure
• You’re comfortable writing Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• You understand CI/CD workflows and modern DevOps tooling
• You enjoy collaborating with developers and supporting agile teams
• You’re curious, pragmatic, and eager to improve how things are done
• Fluent in Swedish and English speaking

Bonus Points

• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI tools
• Knowledge of networking, container orchestration, or security practices
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
