Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team focused on building and launching differentiated financial products and experiences that drive real value for customers. As a Banking Program Delivery Consultant, you’ll lead end-to-end product delivery initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners, grounded in customer insights, and aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Banking Product & Market Expertise

• Analyze and act on market research, customer behavior, and regulatory trends across multi-channel retail banking.
• Recommend and deliver innovative self-serve and assisted channel solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design, develop, and launch new or enhanced everyday banking products and services.

Customer Experience & Design Thinking

• Leverage customer insights and design system frameworks to inform product decisions.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Prioritize design solutions based on evolving customer needs.

Strategic Planning & Backlog Management

• Assist in defining strategic goals and aligning initiatives with long-term business objectives.
• Identify trends and emerging issues to support decision-making and roadmap development.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs within a strategic framework, ensuring alignment with product vision.

Technology & Delivery Oversight

• Provide input on solution design, system capabilities, and technology trends throughout the SDLC.
• Oversee QA, UAT, and end-to-end testing for product rollouts.
• Collaborate closely with architecture and development teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams through influence and empowerment to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Manage documentation, handovers, and vendor relationships to support successful transitions to BAU.
• Coordinate external and internal stakeholders across lines of business.

Data-Driven Execution

• Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics to identify gaps and inform prioritization.
• Support business cases, budget submissions, and roadmap planning using customer and market data.
• Use data analytics to make evidence-based recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Foster open, collaborative communication across departments and with senior leadership.
• Translate complex ideas into actionable plans and ensure alignment across business areas.
• Drive stakeholder engagement throughout product lifecycle and organizational change.

Risk & Compliance Integration

• Partner with risk, regulatory, and compliance teams to manage risk in both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Ensure that all solution requirements meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Influence and improve risk controls in product and delivery workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience leading the delivery of high-impact financial products or services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking, digital channels, and emerging financial technology trends.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, P&L, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing complex projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Comfort with core banking systems and enabling technologies.
