Roles &Responsibilities

• Delivering multiple BI workstreams both on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
• Business liaison/single point of contact for several key programs.
• Partnering with stakeholders, program managers, project managers, cross-functional teams in a global multicultural matrix organization.
• Collaborating with business partners and making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Enterprise Data and analytics ecosystems.
• Gathering requirements and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions.
• Performing detailed data analysis with Microsoft Excel using complex formulas, Pivot Tables.
• Dissecting business issues to provide insights for business-critical decisions.
• Design, development, and maintenance of metadata models, multi-use, complex pre-programmed reports, dashboards.
• Implementation of analytic solutions on IBM Cognos Analytics, Power BI.

Salary And Other Compensation

The hourly salary for this position is between $[84,500 - 99,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
