What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop AI solutions
  • Modeling complex business and engineering problems using machine learning and feature engineering techniques
  • Deploying AI capabilities and tracking projects through to completion
  • Implementing best technical practices from the fields of machine learning and software engineering
  • Creating knowledge materials to disseminate best practices to other AI and data science teams
  • Meeting with data science leaders to teach and discuss best practices

Who Are You

You are a highly skilled leader with a unique blend of technical expertise in software engineering and AI/ML, as well as strong business acumen and communication skills. You have hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, and are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop associated statistical models. You possess a combination of skills, including:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Programming knowledge and experience with machine learning and software engineering
  • Excellent communication skills to understand business needs and communicate the value of AI models
  • Business focus and creative thinking to quickly cycle hypotheses through the discovery phase of projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive projects through to completion
