Project Manager – Blockchain Technical Consultancy - London (Hybrid) - £65,000+

We’re a specialist blockchain consultancy working with cutting-edge protocols, DeFi platforms, and enterprise blockchain applications. Our technical teams are trusted by clients to deliver complex solutions across architecture, smart contracts, infrastructure, and audits.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team. You’ll sit at the heart of engagements, ensuring technical projects stay on track, stakeholders are aligned, and clients receive a world-class experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own the delivery of technical blockchain projects from scoping to deployment
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and client teams to keep work on track
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives using agile delivery practices
• Manage project plans, documentation, risk tracking, and client reporting
• Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for delivery
• Help scale internal delivery processes as we grow our consultancy footprint

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing technical software or consultancy projects
• Experience in blockchain/Web3 or a deep interest in the space
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management
• Clear communicator and proactive problem solver
• Experience working with engineers, product managers, and clients across multiple time zones
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with evolving priorities

Nice to Have

• Exposure to smart contract development, protocol design, or infrastructure projects
• Previous experience in a technical consultancy or boutique agency
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Slack, and Web3-native collaboration platforms
