Since launching in 2025, momentum has been on our side. But we know none of it happens without the right people.
We’re looking for those ready to lean in—people who want more than a job. Builders. Problem-solvers. Those who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
This won’t be easy. If you’re looking for comfort or predictability, this probably isn’t for you.
But if you’re up for a real challenge—and want your effort to be tied directly to growth, opportunity, and meaningful rewards—we’d love to hear from you."
What makes you a strong candidate:

- You have the potential to develop in Trello, Logistics, ClickUp, Asana.
- English - Fully fluent
Responsibilities and more:
We’re building something big, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help keep the engine running.
You’ll work closely with a remote team (and directly with the operations lead) to support the planning, communication, and follow-through for a growing construction company based in the U.S. This isn’t a traditional boots-on-site PM role. Instead, you'll be a master coordinator—managing timelines, making sure subcontractors and internal teams are aligned, and ensuring that our digital project systems stay clean and up to date.
Responsibilities:
* Track progress on ongoing construction projects using shared systems (Google Sheets, job software, project tools).
* Keep subcontractors, clients, and internal team members aligned with updates and expectations.
* Prepare and manage documentation: quotes, billing reports, approvals, and schedules.
* Follow up with stakeholders (calls, emails, check-ins) to keep deliverables on track.
* Work with the accounting team to ensure proper documentation for billing.
* Anticipate issues and escalate them before they become problems.
* Help create and maintain SOPs and digital workflows.
* Coordinate with team leads and virtual assistants on task ownership and deadlines.
* Provide high-level visibility through reports or dashboards (training provided if needed).
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English (near-native).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Remote experience with project tracking or operations (construction field is a bonus, not a must).
* Leadership mindset: You know how to get people moving—even remotely.
* Good with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and project tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
* Fast learner with high accountability and excellent communication.
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
* Available full-time, with some flexibility depending on client hours.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in construction, logistics, field services, or similar industries.
* Spanish-English bilingual fluency.
* Experience working in an agency or managing remote teams.
