Full Stack Java Developer – Legal archiving

Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the design and development of a Data Preservation Factory and Local Data Stores.

This project ensures that prerequisites for decommissioning are met, specifically:

• Legal Archiving of all archiving-relevant records

• Legal Hold, requiring a complete retention of all structured and unstructured data from the systems to be decommissioned

RESPONSABILITIES

• Design and implement the Data Preservation Factory:

o Extract data from legacy systems o Transform data into standardized formats

o Load data into long-term storage systems

• Develop and maintain Local Data Stores to allow investigations and access by subject matter experts

• Apply a three-tier architecture across both solutions

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, data owners, and infrastructure teams

• Ensure solutions comply with performance, security, and legal retention requirements

• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid experience with Java (Spring) and/or Python (experience in both is a plus)

• Strong skills in XML/XSLT processing

• Familiar with CI/CD tools and pipelines

• Proficiency in performance analysis and tuning

• Experience with GitLab and Git version control systems

• Good working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

• Basic understanding of SaaS/Cloud architectures

• General understanding of banking environments • Familiarity with legal archiving and data retention requirements
