EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a global brand in its search for a People Operations Specialist to join its dynamic team on a 7-month fixed-term contract.
As the People Operations Specialist, you will be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's HR processes and systems, focusing on the administrative, procedural, and operational aspects. You will have the opportunity to take initiative, lead projects, and refine processes.
I am looking for someone who wants to deepen their expertise, take full ownership of their work in an ambitious environment, and is ready to jump straight in!
Key Responsibilities of the People Operations Specialist:
- Serve as the first responder for HR queries
- Maintain HRIS (SuccessFactors) records - new hires & promotions, etc
- Draft and process documentation for key employee lifecycle events
- Guide employees and managers on using SuccessFactors self-service tools
- Continuously review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and resources
- Support HR Operational projects and perform other duties as required
Experienced Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and/or UK labor law
- Experience working with international payrolls
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills
- Fluent in English, other languages would be advantageous
