About The Role

Join our vibrant, fast-growing team in Amsterdam as an HR and Benefits Assistant! We're looking for someone dynamic and detail-driven to help us support, engage, and empower our employees across the Netherlands, US, UK and beyond. In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving our success and contributing to our global growth. Key Responsibilities

  • HR & System Administration:
  • Oversee all employee contracts, renewals, addendums, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Accurately input and update employee data in Hi Bob, our HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Running first-line reporting, providing insights to enhance HR strategies.
  • Supporting the coordination of annual processes such as salary reviews, performance cycles and engagement surveys.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain visa status for changes to employees on visas, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers handling relocation and immigration as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date documentation and org charts.
  • Ad hoc support to project work.
  • Benefits & Payroll Administration:
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives across all main and satellite locations.
  • Handle open enrolments, changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with local benefits regulations in each region.
  • Support the administration of payroll variables.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to do intermediate level functions in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, AVERAGEIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot tables)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Driven to learn and grow in the HR sphere.
  • Knowledge of Dutch employment law is a plus.
