Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for both Candidates and Hiring Leaders. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Requirements:

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Offer Letter Preparation: Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately reflected.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Immigration Support: Assist in coordinating and supporting immigration processes for international candidates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and smooth transitions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and hiring leaders to support recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
