About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in SaaS-based Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, including Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Oracle Talent Management Cloud, and Avature.
You will play a critical role in partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions. You will also drive end-to-end project execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders in both business and technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, covering both functional and non-functional aspects for technical services.
- Work with cross-functional teams (HR, Talent Acquisition, IT) to define and validate system requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for system and process improvement.
System Configuration & Support
- Configure and enhance Avature modules, including CRM, ATS, onboarding workflows, portals, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud and Oracle Talent Management Cloud.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholders across both business and technology functions, ensuring transparency, alignment, and communication.
- Track and report on project status, risks, issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Lead project activities including planning, scoping, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
Validation & Testing
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support system demos, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within HR tech or enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong expertise with Avature and Oracle HCM Cloud platforms
- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document functional & non-functional business requirements
- Strong skills in gap analysis, process design, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in global HR system implementations
- Knowledge of integrations between Avature and other enterprise systems
