Creative Lead – Luxury Perfumes (AED 10,000)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Lead to spearhead the creative direction and brand storytelling of our luxury perfume portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and emotional appeal of our brands across all consumer touchpoints — from packaging and campaigns to digital and social media.
The Creative Lead will lead a small but highly skilled design team, ensuring every asset created aligns with the standards and elegance of high-end perfumery. This is a strategic and executional role that blends art direction, brand guardianship, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Brand Identity
- Define and elevate the visual identity of each perfume brand under the portfolio
- Develop and execute compelling creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
- Ensure all assets reflect the sophistication, emotion, and storytelling required in luxury branding
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, and E-commerce teams to align creatively with business goals
- Work with photographers, videographers, stylists, and third-party agencies when required
- Oversee visual direction during product shoots, campaign productions, and packaging development
Trend Awareness & Innovation
- Stay on top of global luxury and beauty trends, emerging design aesthetics, and content formats
- Continuously innovate to create assets that resonate with modern, upscale consumers
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or related creative discipline
- 7+ years of experience in branding or visual design, with at least 3 years in a leadership/creative direction role
- Proven experience in the luxury segment (perfumes, beauty, fashion, jewelry, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium branding, campaign work, packaging, and social content
Skills & Attributes:
- Deep understanding of luxury design language and visual storytelling
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/animation tools a plus
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and feedback skills
- Strong aesthetic judgment, typography sense, and color mastery
- Understanding of both print and digital formats, including social-first content
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with niche or artisanal perfume brands
- Exposure to GCC luxury retail market and consumer behaviors
- Photography or styling experience for visual campaigns
- Knowledge of Arabic design nuances and localization
