Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative analytical and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will consult on data strategies, analytics capabilities, and reporting initiatives to support data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes. This role requires a strong grasp of data management, analytics, data visualization, and a commitment to fostering a culture of analytical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, consulting on data strategy, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and reporting solutions that support business goals.
• Analyze emerging trends and issues to support informed, strategic decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of business objectives with data and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and automate dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and data visualizations tailored for various audiences.
• Structure, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to enable robust analysis.
• Apply statistical methods and testing frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, treatment/control) to validate business hypotheses and improve performance.
• Promote and support the adoption of self-serve analytics tools and practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Validate and monitor the performance of analytics models and data tools.
• Create documentation and training materials to support analytics adoption across teams.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of analytics strategies and roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytical processes for scalability, performance, and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, SAS (certified), Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to apply statistical techniques to solve real-world business problems.
• Deep understanding of data storytelling and data mining techniques.
• Background in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
