Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage Transitions: Oversee end-to-end account transitions, ensuring clear project scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Proposal and Planning: Collaborate with the solutions team to craft proposals and implement transition plans for client engagements.
• Primary Liaison: Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring a comprehensive view of transition management with implementation teams and senior management.
• Risk and Governance: Highlight risks early, set mitigation plans, and lead structured governance across workstreams.
• Project Planning: Guide the development of overall and detailed process transition plans, striving for toolkit improvement.
• Drive Internal Projects: Execute high-impact internal initiatives, ensuring positive feedback and achieving excellent status.
• Pre-Sales Support: Provide strong pre-sales support to enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE) is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (including Project Online/Sharepoint as desirable)
