About the Role

We’re working with a highly respected project management consultancy that continues to deliver high-quality outcomes across a range of sectors. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney team.

You’ll play a key role in leading end-to-end project delivery, client engagement, and consultant coordination. The current portfolio includes commercial fit-out and refurbishment, private and public education, and mixed-use development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from feasibility through to delivery
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Coordination of design consultants and contractors
• Program and budget management
• Contract administration and reporting
• Drive project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in client-side project management role
• Strong background across commercial or education projects
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
• Confident communicator who can lead client meetings and guide project outcomes
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Experience with D&C and managing consultants through the design phase is highly regarded
