• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Location: Western Sydney
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid working, 3 days onsite per week
• Daily Rate: $800 - $900 + Super per day (flexible based on experience)

Student Experience Transformation

A major tertiary institution in Western Sydney is delivering the next phase of a student experience transformation initiative focused on improving the initial stages of a student’s journey into tertiary education. The project includes the rollout of a mobile-first digital platform designed to enhance student belonging, engagement, and retention through orientation events, personalised nudges, and gamified experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of a student experience platform across multiple functions
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (IT, Campus Life, Student Services) and external vendors
• Oversee project scope, risks, timelines, and interdependencies
• Apply agile or hybrid delivery methodologies to meet project objectives
• Drive stakeholder engagement across academic and professional teams

Required Experience:

• Experience delivering digital or service transformation initiatives in higher education or similar complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with student lifecycle platforms or student-facing technologies is highly advantageous
