Your challenge

As AI Lead, you spearhead the introduction and integration of AI across various teams in our organization. You identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that enhance efficiency to support decision making and drive excellence and innovation across our company.

You Are Responsible For

• Driving the AI strategy and identifying opportunities where AI can add value to organizational processes, products, and services.
• Collaborating closely with teams across the organization to understand their operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop suitable AI-driven solutions.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives to pilot, deploy, and scale AI capabilities within the organization.
• Driving change management related to introducing new technologies and ways of working into established workflows and business processes.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
• Providing thought leadership and guidance on best practices for AI ethics, compliance, and data governance.
• Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing AI-focused team.

As AI Lead, you’ll join our Global Excellence organization. The Global excellence organization ensures that our company operates at its best and is continuously in pursuit of the highest standards and the continuous improvement of processes, products, and services.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Essential talents and qualifications:
• Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• A solid understanding of the latest generative AI trends and evolutions.
• A passion to improve business processes and deliver tangible added value.
• Experience in change management and the introduction of new technologies into established workflows.
• A Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, AI, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar. Experience can substitute for a degree.
• Programming skills, for example in Python.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A desire to take ownership and deliver results.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prior experience in cloud platforms and AI service offerings (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
