We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our product, Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence.

Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets is a top-tier Confluence app that empowers analysts and leadership with dashboards and data visualization to make business insights crystal clear.

In this role, you will both define strategy and drive execution:

• Exposure to one of the most well-known B2B ecosystems — Atlassian
• Be a core decision-maker in how our product evolves
• Work with a seasoned and supportive team that values initiative and autonomy

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, conduct user and market research, validate feature pre-development
• Develop, own, and execute product strategy and roadmap
• Prioritize product hypotheses and focus the team’s efforts on the highest-impact areas
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable user stories
• Plan releases and manage the full product launch lifecycle
• Work with metrics to evaluate the impact of product changes on user engagement, retention, and revenue
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and support team to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product-led growth (PLG) techniques
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Track record of driving both product vision and execution with measurable business impact
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent English, professional Russian language skills
• Personable Communication: friendly and professional interaction style with diverse audiences
• Collaborative Mindset: open to team perspectives, confident in sharing ideas, always look at the big picture, and take ownership of your work
• Analytical Thinking: work with data to forecast, drive decisions, and measure results
