We are looking for a IT PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).


Scope: Shared Data Ecosystem (SDE) is a department hosting various applications in charge of collecting Accounting and Risk data from local entities in a unique stream through several application (Universal Plug application, One Financial Solution application…). The aim is to share the data in a Datawarehouse named (SRS : Shared Reporting Space) to provide regulatory reporting.


As an IT PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER, you will:

  • Participate in the development of the teams’ budget: follow up on the teams’ progress and action plans;
  • Participate in transformation projects of SDE group;
  • Perform Project Portfolio Management Office tasks, support management and project managers in consolidating, reporting and controlling key project portfolio information. You will fulfil a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis, including the gathering data about activities’ progresses and producing reports, developing PM standards and processes, and encouraging (or requiring where necessary) the use of those standards and processes;
  • Prepare had-hoc reports, contribute to improving governance and transforming the processes of the team's activities;
  • Ensure for monitoring IT risks and associated action plans and you will ensure the follow of remediation plan and the closing of recommendations (IG, regulators, etc.)
  • Organize and participate townhalls;
  • Work with project / domain / group managers, but also with ITG Finance, the business lines of other entities and other PMO teams to ensure good coordination of our different topics.
  • You will integrate a small, agile, cross-functional extended team between Lisbon and Paris. The diversity of activities will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge on many subjects;
  • You will then be able to specialize in areas such as cyber security, IT risk, permanent control, according to your wishes or to develop the activities of Project Manager, Business Analyst, Application Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Budget follow-up and ensure the reporting associated with it;
  • Management of the SDE Group's overall transformation activities and projects by managing the nearshoring (Lisbon/Madrid) and offshoring (India) projects;
  • Participation/organization of weekly meetings, Actions follow-up with all stakeholders, reportings, Operational Committee;
  • Management of permanent control aspects, of quality & method aspects, & governance and following of remediation plans;
  • Management of ongoing audit processes and then recommendations received (IG - general inspection -, regulators, setting up remedial plans, etc…);
  • Verify projects/activities tracking, control and reporting: monitor the management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, tracking budget, change control and regular reporting;
  • Provide materials, input, and facilitate governance, dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization from project team members to senior sponsors or internal communication team;
  • Management of internal/external communication for the SDE group.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • Relevant professional experience as PMO (4 - 5 years);
  • Previous banking experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Excel is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.
