Are you an experienced Project Coordinator ready to take on complex programmes and drive meaningful impact? We're partnering with a longstanding client who are looking to add a sharp, proactive Project Coordinator to their team.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with senior Project and Programme Managers to ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. From maintaining project documentation to coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, your role will be pivotal in keeping things moving on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project activities, resources, timelines and deliverables
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Maintain clear project documentation and update project plans as needed
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify risks or blockers and escalate appropriately
- Ensure adherence to project governance and PMO standards
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Management setting
- Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with project tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Some level of certification – such as Prince2 Foundation, PMP CAPM, or equivalent
