Job Description
As a Sr Program Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating programs that drive operational excellence and enhance project delivery. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate program activities to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while identifying potential risks.
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in program administration or project management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing complex programs and projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
