Freelance SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Pharmaceuticals (Switzerland)

Location: Switzerland (Multi-Site; Travel Required)

Contract: Freelance (B2B/Self-Employed)

Languages: Fluent German & English (French a plus)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead ERP implementation and optimisation projects across pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Switzerland. The role requires strong ERP project leadership, S/4HANA expertise, and experience in GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA projects across pharmaceutical production sites
• Align system setup with GxP/GMP and CSV requirements
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Oversee testing, data migration, training, and cutover
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, GxP, and Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production, and batch management in regulated environments
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
• Willing to travel to sites across Switzerland
