Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile tools
  • Translate complex business workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers
  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and design critiques
  • Apply and contribute to design system components for consistency and quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience (preferably in business tools or enterprise software)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and polished execution
  • Skilled in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
  • Ability to break down and simplify complex workflows
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
