Senior IT Project Manager - Geneva / Zurich

About Our Client

Our client is a recognized financial institution.

Job Description

  • Manage and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Define and support functional and technical architecture across projects.
  • Lead teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Oversee testing (SIT & UAT) and provide user support post-implementation.
  • Lead IT coordination and project steering meetings.
  • Assist with business development, proposals, and RFPs.
  • Provide IT guidance to business stakeholders and report KPIs.


The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in financial services, private banking, or investment banking.
  • Expertise in functional and technical architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management and trading activities.
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Fluent in English and French / German.
  • PMI certification preferred.
