We are currently searching for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our client in Helsinki, Finland:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Until 30 November 2025

Location: Helsinki, Finland (100% On-site, 3 days/week mandatory presence)

Workload: Full-time (100%)

Role Overview:

• Our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their N Team, responsible for designing and implementing next-generation business solutions, such as Verification of Payee and Request to Pay.
• You will design intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces for internal and external users, ensuring that the solutions are flexible, scalable, and aligned with client’s design guidelines.
• This is a hands-on design role requiring expertise in Figma, UX principles, and design system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Translate research insights into experience flows and design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user testing.
• Maintain and contribute to design documentation and guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in complex digital solutions.
• Figma expertise and strong knowledge of UX design principles.
• Ability to design scalable UI layouts and reusable components.
