• Support the implementation of the HR Strategy introduced last year.
• Handle disciplinaries and performance management with a focus on analytics and reporting.
• Divide and manage designated managers, providing coaching and support.
• Participate in recruitment, ensuring a smooth process and cultural fit.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support the development of training programs.
• Manage employee relations, performance, and absence issues.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on disciplinaries and performance management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Car owner and driver
