Cloud Specialist

Our platforms are built using a diverse technology stack that includes PHP, Node.js, and various frontend and backend frameworks — including CMS platforms like WordPress as well as custom-built services and APIs. We focus on scalability, performance, and clean DevOps practices to support our development teams and deliver consistent end-user experiences.

We are looking for a capable and proactive Cloud Specialist to join our technical operations team and take responsibility for the infrastructure that powers our platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor cloud-hosted Linux servers
• Maintain and optimize Docker-based environments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Ansible or similar)
• Oversee deployment processes across multiple application types (WordPress, PHP frameworks, Node.js services)
• Manage version control workflows using Git and GitHub
• Configure and manage CDN, DNS, and storage (Cloudflare, S3-compatible services)
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with application needs
• Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Linux systems administration
• Deep understanding of Docker and containerization
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Proficient with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible or similar)
• Familiarity with deploying and scaling web applications across different frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Express.js, WordPress)
• Experience with CDN services (e.g., Cloudflare) and cloud storage (e.g., S3-compatible)
• Good scripting skills (Bash, Python is a plus)
• Comfortable working independently and solving infrastructure problems proactively
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with basic web server tuning (Nginx, Apache)
• Experience with monitoring/logging systems (e.g., Grafana, UptimeRobot)
• Exposure to container orchestration (e.g., Docker Compose, basic Kubernetes)
