Project Manager

*Contract Duration: 3-6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing exercises to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance monitoring findings and present them to senior management.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compliance within the UAE financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Preferred experience in ADGM/DIFC markets
