About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Program Manager to lead large-scale AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) initiatives, including hardware, edge, and cloud deployments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in deploying AI and IoT solutions at scale—such as Track and Trace using RFID—and a demonstrated ability to manage complex customer and stakeholder relationships across multiple business units and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of AIoT programs, ensuring successful scaled deployments of hardware, edge, and cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of AI (including Gen AI) and IoT solutions for enterprise-scale use cases, such as RFID-based Track and Trace, predictive analytics, and real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—hardware engineers, software developers, data scientists, and cloud architects—to ensure seamless integration and deployment across platforms (Azure, AWS, NVIDIA, Google Cloud).
• Develop and execute program plans, aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead customer engagements, proactively managing stakeholder expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring business needs are addressed throughout the program lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication, transparency, and trust.
• Monitor program performance, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to executive leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Champion best practices in security, scalability, compliance, and responsible AI/IoT deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs, with a focus on AI, IoT, and cloud deployments.
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI and IoT solutions at scale, including xperience working with global teams and external vendors..
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or NVIDIA AI Enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging and aligning diverse customer and business stakeholders in complex technology projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Gen AI model deployment and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Track and Trace, RFID, and sensor-based IoT analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration for AI-enabled IoT systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in IoT and cloud environments.
• Experience working with global teams and external vendors.
