Product Management Team Manager

We are currently seeking a “Product Management Team Manager” to join our team at our Istanbul center office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably engineering).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, time management, and representation skills.
• Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented.
• Research-focused, results-driven, and dynamic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and manage the annual budget for the product team.
• Prepare and track product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the global Product Management team.
• Coordinate product pricing and oversee the preparation, updating, and publication of price lists.
• Monitor market trends for each product, develop new target audience plans, and present findings.
• Identify new market opportunities and conduct product-specific market analysis.
• Generate ideas to enhance the user experience for each product.
• Foster collaboration in the product development process with relevant teams.
• Share innovative business ideas regularly with sales, marketing and customer relations teams.
• Develop cross-selling strategies for products in coordination with the Factory Automation division.
• Conduct detailed competitor analyses and ensure comprehensive reporting.
