We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our team and help us integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to drive efficiency and create actionable insights for our platform users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to optimize our supply chain visibility and management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing modules such as Shipment Tracking, Yard Management, and Driver Sourcing.
• Analyze large datasets to develop predictive models, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for operational improvements.
• Create real-time data-driven AI applications to provide decision-support tools for retailers, suppliers, and 3PL providers.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning algorithms, ensuring performance and scalability within the platform.
• Continuously monitor and improve the AI models based on user feedback and changing business requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements and research to bring innovative solutions to the platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with data processing, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of data manipulation and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature extraction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing business processes using AI.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI solutions in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of AI models in a cloud environment.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision techniques.
