Client Services Professional (MSP)

As a Client Services Professional based in Ireland, you'll be at the heart of our client delivery, acting as the vital link between hiring managers, staffing partners, and contingent workers. From managing requisitions to coordinating onboarding and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll ensure our MSP/VMS programme operates smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and suppliers
• Coordinate job requisitions, screen CVs, and arrange interviews
• Ensure timely and compliant onboarding of contingent workers
• Manage and maintain the Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Provide system training and support to client users and suppliers
• Track contracts, extensions, timecards, and approvals
• Troubleshoot PO and billing issues with internal teams
• Prepare reports and support audits as needed
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

Our requirements:

• Based in Ireland, with flexibility to travel to different sites within a month
• Proven experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or on-site operations.
• Strong experience in contract recruitment, ideally volume hiring
• Familiarity with supplier chain processes and working in client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail - confident managing trackers, POs, and documentation
• We're looking for a resilient, proactive, and assertive personality
• Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities independently
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; VMS/ATS experience a strong advantage
• Fluent English required
