SEO Specialist

GET READY TO: 

• Work closely with the SEO agency, forming a clear roadmap and goals in line with the wider business strategy, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Execute on-page SEO best practices, including keyword use, metadata, internal linking, content structure, and headings
• Oversee an external copywriter to make sure high-quality, SEO-optimized content is delivered on schedule
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements from website audits
• Track key SEO metrics like traffic, rankings, and conversions, and report insights to guide future strategy
• Manage multiple SEO projects across different languages and countries
• Stay current on search engine updates and AI-driven search trends, and find new growth opportunities through SEO

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:  

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Solid data analysis skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from analytics platforms
• Experience working with developers and writing clear, actionable technical tasks
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO
• Proactive learner who stays up to date with evolving SEO trends, including AI-driven search
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English

The salary range for this position is 3300-4100 EUR gross/month.
