Airswift is working with a gloabl IT Engineering company who are looking to add A Senior Product Manager to the team in Dubai, UAE. You MUST speak Arabic and have good English to be suitable for this position

We are seeking A Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of launching and supporting digital products to join the Customer Experience team in the UAE. The candidates will have mastery of product management skills, a thorough understanding of market trends, and the ability to execute product management responsibilities at the highest level. This role requires leadership in driving product strategy, fostering a culture of discovery, and building strong relationships with stakeholders while aligning with the company’s long-term vision.

Daily responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling.

Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effectively, communicating technical concepts clearly with the development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field building/shipping technical products.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with proven success in leading product teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product features through their lifecycle, using customer-centric product development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with business-to-government projects / public sector is a strong plus
• Fluent English speaker, fluency in Arabic
