Business Analyst - Operational Change

InterQuest are leading the search for an established challenger bank in identifying a Business Analyst to join the bank on a 6 month intial contract (Inside IR35)

This would be a Process/Business Change focussed role and would suit a BA with end to end project lifecycle experience

Day rate would be up to £500 per day

Responsibilties would include

• Defining requirements for new operational processes, procedures and controls
• Engageing with project managers across all remediation activities
• Documenting information required to support proposals for the business
• Customer journey mapping and operational process mapping
• Scoping, requirements, workshop facilitation and traceability
• Excellent attention to detail and a self starter
• Solution design and testing

This role would be on a hybrid model and London based
