UI/UX Designer

What Awaits You

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with a particular emphasis on utilizing Figma as a primary design tool. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and translate them into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Design and Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to illustrate user interactions and design concepts
Create visually appealing and user-centric UI designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms
User Research and Requirements Gathering:
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, business goals, and user needs
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints and project goals
Present and communicate design ideas and prototypes to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback into the design process
Design Systems and Standards:
Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides, UI components, and interaction patterns
Ensure adherence to best practices in usability, accessibility, and design standards
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and streamline the design process

What Should You Bring Along

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
At least 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly
Experience in user research methodologies and tools
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
