Requirements

Experience:

1+ years of experience in Subscription Apps or 3+ years in other software development areas
Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and drive solutions in tech products

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Be a data fetishist—every decision should be backed by measurable insights
Turn assumptions into testable hypotheses and rely on A/B testing to validate outcomes
Analyze user behavior patterns and craft actionable insights

Conversion Optimization:

Conversion rate optimization should be second nature to you, with a track record of improving funnel performance
Maintain existing value streams by proactively addressing performance drops and user dissatisfaction
