UX Designer

Location: Warsaw, 3 city or Łódź, Poland

Work model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Start date: ASAP

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify end-user needs, behavioral patterns, and usability pain points
• Translate research insights into user journeys, flows, and intuitive experiences
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma
• Ensure logical, efficient, and user-friendly interface designs for internal operators and administrators, with flexibility to adapt to external users
• Follow design guidelines and leverage existing UI components and design systems
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business objectives
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability best practices across all stages of design
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usage data, and evolving requirements
• Maintain design documentation and contribute to scalable, re-usable UI layout patterns for future solution modules
• Work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or financial service environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for web applications
• Excellent command of Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
• Proven ability to conduct user interviews, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable designs
• Experience designing configurable UIs for complex systems with internal and external users
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in product development cycles
