Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Officer - Digital (Business Analyst) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, evaluate solutions, and design wireframes to enhance user experience. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Evaluate solutions and develop detailed business cases.
• Design wireframes and user journey maps using tools like Figma or Visily.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Support testing efforts and maintain detailed documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with workflow mapping, persona definition, and user journey mapping
• Proficiency in wireframe design tools like Figma or Visily
