🤖 About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience, working on AI-related projects to join our growing team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to internal initiatives focused on AI solutions to expand the company’s offering.

📊 You will:

• Translate the Product Roadmap and Strategy set by the Product Owner into business requirements
• Build relationships between the technical (AI) and business teams
• Oversee requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications,
• Improve business processes
• Meet with stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment between the business

📊 You bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Extensive experience across Banking / FinTech
• Demonstrated ability in deploying and scaling AI Solutions (Chatbots, VAs, Speech-to-text, etc.)
• Strategic thinking around aligning the business on product roadmaps

🗣️ Language Skills

Fluency in English and French/Dutch

🤹 Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
• We are looking for proactive problem-solvers
• You’ll be working independently & autonomously
• Passion for growing, building, and continuous learning, especially around the developments within AI and Data Science
