Jr/ Mr Digital Product Designer

Koos is a fast-growing design & innovation agency. We're established in Amsterdam, growing in Lisbon and new in Berlin. We collaborate with governments (Covid passport app in the Netherlands) and corporates (Careem Super app in the Middle East) to develop intuitive digital products, seamless services and effective innovation engines. Your challenge

Are you passionate about making a positive impact through digital products? Do you want to develop yourself by working on diverse complex design projects worldwide - both in terms of hardcore UX skills and strategic innovation skills? Then this role will fit you like a glove. 

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant needs of users and clients.
• Understand how to strategically turn these needs into products.
• Create wireframes, design systems, prototypes and designs (we ❤️ Figma).
• Set up and conduct usability tests.

Your profile

• A HBO / WO diploma relevant to the field.
• Junior / Medior level designer (minimum of 1 year relevant work experience).
• Strong portfolio (UX/UI).
• Master the English language. Speaking Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in user-centric design methods.
• Strategic, empathic and holistic thinker.
• Available from September or October for 40 hours a week. Start date to be determined in mutual agreement
