Job Summary:
Pan Home is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team and drive data-driven decision-making for digital marketing and eCommerce efforts. The successful candidate will analyze, interpret, and present data insights to optimize our digital campaigns, improve customer experiences, and maximize ROI. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping Pan Home’s online marketing strategies by transforming complex data sets into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics 4, eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.) to identify trends and insights.
- Campaign Performance Reporting:
- Develop and maintain regular reports on the performance of digital marketing and eCommerce campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing customer journeys, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Customer Insights & Segmentation:
- Identify and analyze customer segments, purchase behaviors, and lifecycle stages to tailor marketing and eCommerce initiatives effectively.
- Support targeted campaigns and personalized marketing efforts by providing in-depth customer profiling.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation:
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on marketing campaigns, landing pages, and website elements to determine the effectiveness of various initiatives.
- Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Data Visualization & Communication:
- Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and trends to stakeholders using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Present data insights in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to support strategic decisions.
- Collaboration & Strategy Support:
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, SEO, content, design, and performance marketing teams to align analytical strategies with business goals.
- Assist in setting data-driven goals for digital campaigns and eCommerce growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), marketing attribution modeling, and tag management (e.g., GTM).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics, including PPC, SEO, email, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and web analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, or advanced statistical analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Certification in digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification) is advantageous.
